Just deep thought. Have you ever listened to a song and you were blown away. Literally, blown away. Not the kind of song that got you hyphy, crunk, emo, just the type of song where you let go and look whats around you. If you have ever listened to Porcelain - Moby, you know what I am talking about, but it might just be my preference.
I first heard this song in 6th grade, watching The Beach starring Leonardo DiCaprio. That was about 8 years ago. The movie was pretty good as I rememeber. If you have not scene you should watch it. Anyways I never really looked for it or tried to find it. I

I remember going to Yosemite, and being on top of Glacier Point the highest point in Yosemite if I am not wrong. Just looking out into to the valley floor, over the edge, while snow flakes were drifting down, with a cool breeze brushing the tress around, and sun shining through the clouds. Those type of days, or pictures where you know where your in an enamour. By the way this was a long time ago 6th grade. lol. I still remember that.
.

Just listening to the beat, synths, strings and the piano. Just the whole composition through the whole song, from beinning to end. Even the background guy that talks/shouts in some language. It gives you the feel that you are somewhere else than you really are at that moment. Makes me want to run away to Thailand/Hawaii/France one of those places. Personally one of my favorite songs I know I will hold throughout my timeline. Gives me that big sigh. I never really liked Moby's talking in it but it makes the song different. I hope you get where Im coming from just a little blog showing that sensative side haha. If you like the song keep listening if you dont then obviously stop it lol. Till next time. By the way ..
Happy Birthday Kevin!

Hey, yea, I know exactly what you're talking about. It seems like certain songs just stick with you. For me it's Counting Stars by Nujabes. I've only seen bits and pieces of The Beach here and there but it does intrigue me, one of those utopia movies. Anyway, just wanted to let you know I can relate. Catch ya later.
