Philippines = submerged

Those of you that have not heard, but recently the Philippines has just been hit with one of the worst storms in History. Typhoon Ondoy, overfilled 3 major Dams that monitor the Philippines water, and cracked through each and every one of them. Since 1967 those waterways have been intact until a day and a half ago. A total of 2 days most of the philippines is flooded. Many families losing their families in rising water, mudslides, starvation, and etc. If I only could just ask our president for help I would. Pray for our country.
