"no one expected it to hit manila. at least in the main city were suppose to have good sewage system etc. but too much trash in the streets and sewer systems were clogged so the water has no where to go. i think weve hit a new level of desperation. surfers are all coming out w our boards and trying to reach victims that are STILL stuck on their roofs w/o food or water. since saturday it sucks being helpless but were all trying our best
